PO-415 is a part of the Financial and Facilities Services family at Syracuse University. Its purpose is to manage the financial and accounting operations of academic departments, research centers, and other academic programs, as well as to serve as a resource for managing the purchasing of goods and services across campus. It is responsible for the Financial Management System (FMS), which includes financial transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budget, grant oversight, and payroll services.
