MicroelectronicsThe FM33L013 QFN32 RoHS is a 32-Lead ultra-low power high-performance microcontroller designed and manufactured by Fudan Microelectronics. It is a low power and ultra-fast CMOS 8/16-bit microcontroller based on the advanced ARM® Cortex®-M3™ core. The FM33L013 features an integrated 4KB SRAM and up to 128KB flash memory, I/O ports including 2 x UART, 4 x I2C, 6 x SPI, 6 x CAPCOM®, 8 x Pin TIMERs and 1 x Watch Timer. It also provides 5V Digital input/output pins which are suitable for operating in 1.65V - 5.5V environment. With the integrated peripherals, the FM33L013 can provide a better hardware solution for different types of applications such as smart meters, medical instruments, healthcare devices, and industrial automation.
