The 74HC245C with 74 Series TSSOP-20 RoHS is a buffer/line driver from Fuman. It is a 20-pin Thin Shrink Small Outline Package (TSSOP) integrated circuit designed to drive a wide range of bus voltages and data speeds. The device features a low-power CMOS technology with a wide operating voltage range of 1.65 to 5.5 volts. It is designed to drive up to 25mA output current and has an output enable (OE) input, which allows multiple devices to be enabled/disabled with a single control input.
