12.88700 is a type of heat-shrinkable tubing produced by Geyer Electronic. It is used for insulation, mechanical protection, harnessing, and strain relief for cables, wires, and components. The tubing is made of flame-retardant, transparent polyolefin, which is resistant to oil, abrasion and chemical corrosion. The tubing has an initial shrink ratio of 5:1 and can shrink up to 25% of its original size, depending on the temperature. It is also UL/CSA approved, and RoHS compliant.
