GD25Q16CTIGTR is a 16 megabit (2 megabyte) Flash memory chip manufactured by Gigadevice. It is a 3V serial Flash memory, with a clock frequency of up to 104MHz, and 3.3V VCC voltage range. It uses a SPI (serial peripheral interface) with Quad I/O, Dual I/O, Dual-SPI and Quad-SPI protocols. It has a typical active current of 30mA, and a typical standby current of 3mA.
