It has a centered flat-pack outline and is available in a T0-3 form. It is produced by General Transistor Corporation and has a Pd max of 4W. The maximum ratings for the 2N4891 are as follows: collector-emitter voltage of 600V, collector-base voltage of 600V, emitter-base voltage of 6V, collector current up to 3A, DC current gain of 500, and power dissipation of 4W.
