The 74HC139N with Signal Switches, multiplexers, and decoders is a 16-pin DIP RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) semiconductor made by HGSEMI. It is a high-speed CMOS logic circuit that performs two-of-four code decoding or data selector/multiplexer functions. It has two enable inputs (E1 and E2), a pair of data inputs (A and B) and four mutually exclusive outputs (Y0 to Y3). When E1 and E2 are low, the coded input data (A and B) is decoded to the four outputs. When E1 is high and E2 is low, the coded input data is selected to the outputs. This part is designed for use in digital logic systems in automotive, cellular telephone, satellite radio, medical, consumer, networking and automotive applications.
