The HT3490EBRZ with transceiver 14Mbps SOP-8 RS-485/RS-422 ICs are a family of RoHS-compliant devices from HTCSEMI. These are made to provide a low-power, high-speed, and integrated solution for serial data communication applications. The device provides EIA-485 and EIA-422 data transmission over twisted-pair cables. It features low propagation delay, with 14 Mbps data rate, two-wire differential data input and output, and simple enable and disable pins.
