Additional Infomation About Product

The HTCSEMI HT813LRZ is a SOP-8 (Small Outline Package) monitor and reset circuit. It is a low cost, low power medical and industrial grade device that is compliant with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substance) regulations. The HT813LRZ offers both Watchdog functionality and manual reset capability with latching functionality. It includes a Watchdog Timer Reset output along with two external reset signals. The HT813LRZ is capable of monitoring voltage between 2.4V and 5.5V and is temperature range from -40? to +85?. It can be used in applications such as motor control, patient monitoring, robotic systems and more. The device provides a high immunity to noise and low voltage conditions, which makes it more reliable and allows it to work well in harsh environments.
