Additional Infomation About Product

The MOC3063 with Optocouplers DIP-6 RoHS manufactured by Isocom is an optoisolator IC designed to isolate the power line from the control line. It consists of a 6-pin DIP (dual in-line package) RoHS compliant package with a phototransistor optically coupled to an infrared light emitting diode (LED). The optoisolator IC has a phototransistor that is capable of switching loads up to 300VDC, making it suitable for controlling AC or DC line voltages up to 300VDC. It is designed to inhibit noise and interference in applications such as optically isolated AC or DC motor controls, power controllers, instrumentation, and factory automated systems. The MOC3063 is environmental-friendly and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for use in applications where environmental protection is of prime importance.
