IS25LQ512B-JKLE is a 512Mb Serial Flash Memory manufactured by ISSI (Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc.). It is a small form factor, low power, Serial Flash memory, which features an industry-standard SPI protocol, allowing for faster data transfer rates up to 104MHz. This device also offers a wide operating voltage range of 2.5V to 3.6V and is available in a 8-pin TSON package. It is designed for applications such as code storage, code execution, embedded boot code, system level configurations, parameter data storage, application security, encryption key storage, and system/data logging.
