The IXYS CLA80MT1200NHR is a three-phase bridge rectifier module with an SCRs (silicon-controlled rectifiers) power thyristor and TRIAC (triode for alternating current) ISOPLUS24. It is rated for an I²t of =1200A²s and has four independent rectifier bridges with integrated freewheeling diodes. The module is capable of operating in a wide range of temperatures from -40°C to +125°C. It is designed for use in motor drives, control modules, ac-to-dc converters and industrial equipment. The SCR power thyristor allows for high off-state leakage current reduction and ensures reliable operation over the full temperature range. The TRIAC ISOPLUS24 enables high noise immunity of the rectifier module, providing improved operation in areas with high electromagnetic noise.
