The IXA4IF1200TC is an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) from IXYS Corporation. This device is a high-power, high-current gate driver module with a 1200 V blocking voltage. It features a maximum current of 100 A, a 5kV isolation rating, and a 600 V class operating temperature range. The module is capable of operating in both half-bridge and full-bridge modes.
