It isdesigned to provide reliable electrical and optical isolation from the power circuitsto the logic, and works in environments ranging from -40°C up to +85°C. Thisgate driver controller is suitable for applications including motor control, weldingequipment, and industrial automation. It features a built-in LED driver, an on/offcontrol, adjustable dead-time, a short circuit protection, and pulse-by-pulsecurrent limiting. The device is RoHS, Reach, and UL compliant.
