Additional Infomation About Product

The IX4427NTR is a dual non-inverting gate driver with 8-pin Small Outline Integrated Circuit (SOIC) input CMOS manufactured by IXYS. It is designed to provide a higher-current drive to a power transistor such as a MOSFET or IGBT. The IX4427NTR can drive up to 600mA of peak current and provide up to 5.1v of drive voltage. This driver has a wide -40°C to +125°C operating temperature range and is protected against overvoltage and reverse stick. It also features an internal charge pump for rail-to-rail operation. The dual output configuration allows it to control two separate gates for increased design flexibility.
