LOC211P Linear Optocouplers Description Features The LOC211P Dual Linear Optocoupler features an 16 Pin SOIC Package (PCMCIA Compatible) infrared LED optically coupled with two Couples Analog and Digital Signals phototransistors. One feedback (input) Wide Bandwidth (>200kHz) phototransistor is used to generate a control signal High Gain Stability that provides a servomechanism to the LED drive Low Input/Output Capacitance current, thus compensating for the LEDs nonlinear Low Power Consumption time and temperature characteristics. The other 0.01% Servo Linearity (output) phototransistor provides an output signal that THD 87dB Typical is linear with respect to the servo LED current.
