PD2401 AC Solid State Relays INTEGRATED CIRCUITS DIVISION Description Parameter Rating Units The PD2401 is an AC Solid State Switch using optical AC Operating Voltage 240 V rms coupling with dual power SCR outputs to produce an Load Current 1 A rms alternative to optocoupler and Triac circuits.
