The SMCJ64A with SMC (DO-214AB) TVS RoHS is an electronic component manufactured by Jingdao. It is a unidirectional low-capacitance surface-mount diode used for Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) and surge protection applications. This diode features an axial-lead form factor, meaning that the anode and cathode are connected to a single lead each which protrudes from the end of the diode body. It has a maximum working voltage rating of 700 volts, depending on the polarity of the circuit, and can withstand transient peak pulse currents of 10 A for 10/1000 Us. The SMCJ64A also has a maximum clamping voltage of 28.5 V, and a reverse leakage current of 8 µA (at 50 V). It also complies with RoHS standards, meaning it contains no harmful substances and is safe for use in environments where these standards are enforced.
