The JSM422 SOT-23 with Hall Sensor ROHS is a high-performance Hall-effect sensor, manufactured by JSMSEMI, that can detect the position and rotation of a permanent magnet adjacent to the device. It is supplied in the industry-standard 3-pin SOT-23 package and is RoHS compliant. The JSM422 features a wide, adjustable operating voltage range of 4.5V to 24V, a low current consumption of only 0.2mA, and a high sensitivity threshold of ±7mT, allowing it to easily detect small variations in magnetic field orientation. The device also features a low-power shutdown mode, an open-drain output, and an immunity to interference from other nearby magnetic fields.
