The KEXIN AMS1117-1.2 Low Dropout Regulators (LDO) is a positive fixed 1.3V voltage regulator that provides 800mA of current. It is a RoHS compliant device and is housed in a SOT-223 package. The rated input voltage of the device is 18V and its output voltage is fixed at 1.2V ± 2% regulation. This makes it ideal for portable applications where low-noise, low-dropout and low-power performance is desired. The device has built-in thermal protection circuit to prevent overheating, and short-circuit protection to prevent damage due to accidental kinding of short-circuit.
