The BCP53-16 is a NPN/PNP Transistors SOT-223 RoHS device manufactured by KEXIN. It is designed specifically for higher operating speed, low saturation voltage, and low power dissipation applications, such as low power switches, amplifiers, and switching circuits. It has a maximum collector current of 16A, base voltage of 80V, and collector–emitter voltage of 200V. It is designed with an operating frequency range of up to 30 MHz, and is also capable of operating at different temperature ranges from -40°C to +150°C.
