It offers true output disconnect to achieve a 3MHz PWM Switching Frequency shutdown quiescent current of less than 1.0A, extending High Efficiency and Low Quiescent Current battery life. Over 95% Efficiency High efficiency over a wide output current range is 1A Shutdown Current achieved by selecting PWM/PFM mode automatically 35A Quiescent Current in Pass Through depending on the output load conditions. 55A Quiescent Current in PFM Operation A Pass Through mode allows to transfer the input power 2% DC Voltage Accuracy in PWM mode directly to output (not boosting) with over current Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO) protection. Short Circuit Protection Hiccup Current Limit The constant on-time design does not require any external Over Temperature Protection compensation components, simplifying the design and Selectable Pass Through Mode or True Load providing ultra-fast transient response. Disconnect During Shutdown The inrush current-limiting feature minimizes the voltage Output Capacitor Pre-Charge and Soft-Start droop on the battery supply when the device is turned on.
