CorporationThe TAJA106K010RNJ with Tantalum Capacitors is a solid surface mount device (SMD) that contains a 10V 10uF tantalum capacitor with a 10% tolerance and an ESR value of 3 Ohms. It is manufactured by Kyocera AVX Corporation. The tantalum capacitor is constructed of two low-k dielectric layers with discontinuous Ta2O5 films on the outer surfaces. The semiconductor element is connected to the internal and external electrodes via sintered metal palladium and silver. This capacitor is also RoHS compliant and is suitable for use in various applications requiring high capacitance density, high reliability, and high-temperature operations.
