The M4A5-32/32-10VN is part of the M4A5 family of field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) from Lattice Semiconductor. It is a largesized, mid-range FPGA with a device size of 576 I/Os, a dual-channel phase-locked loop (PLL), four clock management tiles (CMTs) and up to 32 entry/exit points for logic. The device is designed to provide cost-effective solutions for tasks such as motor control, image processing and connectivity solutions. This FPGA also features low power consumption, one-time-programmable (OTP) memory and advanced safety features. Furthermore, it has four PLLs and up to 32 differential I/O pairs, making it suitable for high-speed applications. It supports a wide range of memory types such as SRAM, Flash and OTP.
