It is a small outline surface-mount Zener Diode, in the SOD-323 package, that is designed for ESD and over-voltage protection in low power circuits. This device features a high operating temperature range, for up to 125°C, and it is RoHS compliant. The diode has a breakdown voltage of 3.60 volts and a low current leakage of 0.4 microamps. The device has a power dissipation of 500mW, and can handle a maximum power dissipation of 0.50 watts. The Zener voltage is rated at 3.6 volts, and it has a reverse stand-off voltage of 3.3 volts. This diode has an extremely low capacitance and an optimized reverse leakage for improved performance and reliability.
