The P6KE10CA Diode with 10uA 42.1A 600W 14.5V 9.5V 8.55V 10.5V Bi-Directional DO-15 TVS ROHS is an unidirectional transient voltage suppressor manufactured by Liown. It is designed to provide a high level of protection against the destructive effects of voltage spikes and transients. It features fast response times, low dynamic impedance, and a reverse breakdown voltage of up to 600 Watts. It is RoHS compliant and meets UL 1949, VDE 0884, and cUL UL3427 standards. It has the capability to suppress transient voltages of up to 14.5 V from two directions simultaneously. The device package is a DO-15 two terminal type with a standard color code of red and black.
