The 1.5KE6.8CA with ESD Suppressors / TVS Diodes 1500W 5.8V Bi-Directional manufactured by Littelfuse is a bi-directional, 1500 watt unidirectional voltage suppression device. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic components from voltage transients or electrostatic discharge produced by a variety or external sources such as lightning, power lines or static electricity. The device features a 5.8V breakdown voltage, a 0.3pF capacitance, and a five ampere maximum peak pulse current.
