The LGB8245TI with Littelfuse D2PAK, IGBT4 is an insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) manufactured by Littelfuse. It is a 600V device optimized with a high current capability of up to 45A. It is a digital controlled, active clamp gate driver, with improved Safe Operating Area (SOA) compared to comparable devices. It is designed to protect the device in overload, overheating, and short circuit conditions, and is insulated against electric shock and vibration. This device is suitable for applications such as motor control, induction heating, welding, and high power switching.
