LP6490SPF with Switching Controllers ESOP-8 RoHS is a 8-bit microcontroller with integrated flash memory, specifically designed to provide high performance, low power, and low cost programmable logic functions. The LP6490SPF is an integrated L and P-channel power MOSFET switches in which the logic gates are configurable to achieve desired operating characteristics. It has on-board non-volatile memory and can be configured for both one-time parametric programming and multiple time reprogramming.
