The MX29LV320ETTI-70G is a 32M Parallel NOR Flash memory device by Macronix. It is a low-power, single supply, Flash memory, which operates from a 1.65V~1.95V single power supply. The device has a fast random access time of 70ns, making it suitable for high-speed embedded applications. It has an advanced Gigabit-like write architecture, providing enhanced write performance. The device features a Page Program operation for programming multiple words (up to four) and an AutoSelect feature for easy recognition and selection of FWH or FDP devices. The chip also features an array of enhanced security features, including 32-bit protection registers (UVLO and Secure OTP), protection against CMOS and NVM injection, write/erase enable decoding, secure operation and sector protection, as well as redundant write protection (WP#1 and WP#2). The device is available in industry-standard TSOP packages.
