CLC1007, CLC2007, CLC4007 Single , D ual, and Quad Lo w C ost, High Speed RRO Amplifiers FEATURES General Description 260MHz bandwidth Fully specified at +3V, +5V and 5V The CLC1007 (single), CLC2007 (dual) and CLC4007(quad) are low cost, supplies voltage feedback amplifiers. These amplifiers are designed to operate on Output voltage range: +3V to +5V, or 5V supplies. The input voltage range extends 300mV below 0.03V to 4.95V V = +5 R = 2k the negative rail and 0.9V below the positive rail. S L Input voltage range: The CLC1007, CLC2007, and CLC4007 offer superior dynamic -0.3V to +4.1V V = +5 S performance with a 260MHz small signal bandwidth and 220V/s slew 220V/s slew rate rate. The combination of low power, high output current drive, and rail-to- 2.6mA supply current per amplifier rail performance make these amplifiers well suited for battery-powered 100mA linear output current communication/computing systems. 125mA short circuit current CLC2007 directly replaces LMH6643, The combination of low cost and high performance make the CLC1007, AD8042, AD8052, and AD8092 CLC2007, and CLC4007 suitable for high volume applications in both CLC1007 directly replaces LMH6642, consumer and industrial applications such as wireless phones, scanners, AD8041, AD8051, and AD8091 color copiers, and video transmission.
