MXD8638C Maxscend

The MXD8638C with QFN-9(1.1x1.1) is an RF Switches ROHS component manufactured by Maxscend. It is an ultra-low insertion loss single pole double throw (SPDT) switch that operates at the RF domain from 10 MHz to 6000 MHz with less than 0.6 dB insertion loss. The switch also has high isolation values with less than 35 dB at 6 GHz and 40 dB at 3.5 GHz. Additionally, it has high ESD protection of up to 6000 V (HBM). The QFN-9(1.1x1.1) package allows for an ultra-small form size and low PCB requirement. The package also ensures operation under harsh environments such as high temperatures. The MXD8638C is ideal for usage in applications such as transmit/receive switching, signal routing, LTE/Wi-Fi switched diversity and antenna switching.
