Additional Infomation About Product

The 24C02C-E/ST is a 2-kilobit (256-byte) electrically-erasable programmable read-only memory device from Microchip. It features a two-wire serial interface, low-power CMOS technology, and a high endurance write cycle life of one million cycles. The device is 8-pin small-outline package, and is available in both commercial and industrial temperature range. The 24C02C-E/ST provides advanced write protection circuitry which protects the memory from inadvertent write operations. It is widely used in application where non-volatile memory is a requirement. The device can be programmed in-system using a special programming voltage, or using an EPROM programmer. The device also features low power consumption, preserving battery life when used in mobile applications.
