25LC1024-I/P Microchip

The Microchip 25LC1024-I/P is a 1024-Kbit serial EEPROM that features an I2C-compatible two-wire bus interface. It is organized as 131,072 words of 8 bits each. The device can be operated with a single supply voltage ranging from 2.5V to 5.5V. Data is written to and read from the memory array in 8-bit bytes. The device also features a write-protect pin for hardware data protection, high-speed write instructions, on-chip erase, self-timed write cycle, cascadable architecture and low-power CMOS technology. The wide voltage range and industry-standard 2-wire serial bus makes this device an ideal solution for small to medium embedded applications.
