The AT32UC3A364S-ALUT is a Microchip microcontroller IC. It is part of the 32-bit AVR UC3-A3 series and is a low pin count, ultra-low-power, high-performance, 8-bit AVR-based microcontroller. The device is based on the AVR32 RISC architecture with a maximum clock frequency of 32 MHz. It includes an on-chip oscillator and a 32-bit Pipelined Multiplier along with a wide range of peripherals, including 8 universal serial buses (USB 2.0 full speed), an LCD controller, I2S audio, an Image Sensor Interface (ISI), a High-Speed CAN (ISO 11898-2 compatible) and an external memory interface. It also includes a range of analog peripherals such as 10-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), 4x 12-bit Digital-to-Analog Converters (DAC), a 6-channel Analog comparator, an analog temperature sensor and an external memory interface.
