The ATSAML10D14A-YU is a member of the Microchip family of Arm-based Cortex-M23 microcontrollers. It has 256K bytes of Flash, 64K bytes of SRAM, and 1K bytes of EEPROM. It also includes a number of hardware peripherals, including two 10-bit A/D converters, two identical 32-bit timers, an 8-channel direct memory access (DMA) controller, four serial port interfaces, one two-wire interface, and an inner-embedded trace buffer. The processor core runs at up to 48 MHz, is compliant with the Arm Cortex-M23 architecture, and includes the TrustZone for Armv8-M security extension. The ATSAML10D14A-YU is suitable for embedded applications needing low-power operation and a secure execution environment.
