DSC8004 Series Programmable Low-Power Precision CMOS Oscillator 1.8~3.3V General Description Features Frequency Range: Programmable from The DSC8004 is a programmable silicon MEMS 1 to 150MHz based CMOS oscillator offering excellent jitter Exceptional Stability over Temperature and stability performance over a wide range of o 20 PPM , 25 PPM, 50 PPM supply voltages and temperatures. The device Operating voltage operates from 1 to 150MHz in increments of o 1.71 to 3.60V 100Hz (up to four decimal point resolution) with Operating Temperature Range supply voltages between 1.8 to 3.3 Volts and o Ext. Industrial -40C to 105C extended temperatures from -40C to 105C. o Industrial -40C to 85C The DSC8004 has the same functionality and o Ext. Commercial -20C to 70C performance as the DSC8001 but with greater Low Operating and Standby Current output drive (C =40pf). L o 8mA Operating (40MHz) o 15uA Standby The DSC8004 incorporates an all silicon Ultra Miniature Footprint resonator that is extremely robust and nearly o 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.85 mm immune to stress related fractures, common to o 3.2 x 2.5 x 0.85 mm crystal based oscillators.
