HV9110/HV9112/HV9113 High-Voltage Current-Mode PWM Controller Features General Description Input Voltage Range of V Regulator DD HV9110/HV9112/HV9113 are Switch-Mode Power - HV9110: 10V to 120V Supply (SMPS) controllers suitable for the control of a - HV9112: 9V to 80V variety of converter topologies, including the flyback converter and the forward converter. - HV9113: 10V to 120V Maximum Duty, Feedback Accuracy The V regulator supports an input voltage as high as DD - HV9110: 49%, 1% 80V or 120V. - HV9112: 49%, 2% - HV9113: 99%, 1% HV9110/HV9112/HV9113 controllers include all essen- tials for a power converter design, such as a bandgap Current Mode Control reference, an error amplifier, a ramp generator, a high- <1 mA Supply Current speed PWM comparator, and a gate driver. A shutdown >1 MHz clock latch provides on/off control. Applications The HV9110 and HV9113 feature an input voltage range of 10V to 120V, and the HV9112 has an input DC/DC Power Converters voltage range of 9V to 80V.
