LX7176A 4A Step-Down-Regulator Production Datasheet Description Features The LX7176A is a 4A step-down regulator with 0-4A Step-down Regulator integrated MOSFETs packaged in a space saving QFN12 Operational Input Supply Voltage Range: 2mm x 2mm for todays mobile devices. It uses an ultra 3V-5.5V (short durations to 6.5V.) fast, constant frequency hysteretic control method to Hysteretic control offers best transient minimize external filter components while maintaining response excellent regulation. The LX7176A reference voltage is 0.6V.
