The MCP130-475HITO is a low-side MOSFET driver from Microchip, intended for driving and controlling power MOSFETs in high-side and low-side architectures. It integrates all the necessary protection and interfaces for off-line power applications with high DC current output or pulse applications up to 5A. It is specifically designed for driving N-channel Power MOSFETs and can handle a wide range of voltages up to 35V. It features fast switching, high peak current output, thermal protection and adjustable current limit. This device is an excellent fit for 50W and 100W offline SMPS and home appliance applications.
