Additional Infomation About Product

The MCP130T-300I/TT is a power on reset monitor (PoR) manufactured by Microchip that incorporates a supervisor integrated circuit and is designed for reset control applications. It provides an active low reset signal to other integrated circuits in the system, to ensure all devices are initialized properly. The device monitors two power supply sources ( +VCC and VBAT ), and activates the reset signal when the +VCC supply falls below the undervoltage +UV threshold or VBAT supply falls below –UV (negative undervoltage) threshold. The device also features a system reset timeout to reset the system if the +VCC and VBAT supplies cannot recover from an undervoltage condition. The device also features adjustable watchdog timeout and one push requirement for recovery from a system timeout condition. The device has an operating voltage of 2.0V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
