MCP3002 MCP3002 2.7V Dual Channel 10-Bit A/D Converter with SPI Serial Interface Features Description 10-bit resolution The MCP3002 is a successive approximation 10-bit analog-to-digital (A/D) converter with on-board sample 1 LSB maximum DNL and hold circuitry. 1 LSB maximum INL The MCP3002 is programmable to provide a single Analog inputs programmable as single-ended or pseudo-differential input pair or dual single-ended pseudo-differential pairs inputs. Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) and Integral On-chip sample and hold Nonlinearity (INL) are both specified at 1 LSB.
