MCP3901 Two-Channel Analog Front End Features Description The MCP3901 is a dual channel Analog Front End Two Synchronous Sampling 16/24-bit Resolution (AFE) containing two synchronous sampling Delta- Delta-Sigma A/D Converters with Proprietary Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADC), two PGAs, Multi-Bit Architecture phase delay compensation block internal voltage 91 dB SINAD, -104 dBc Total Harmonic Distortion reference, modulator output block, and high-speed th (THD) (up to 35 harmonic), 109 dB Spurious-free 20 MHz SPI compatible serial interface. The converters Dynamic Range (SFDR) for Each Channel contain a proprietary dithering algorithm for reduced Programmable Data Rate up to 64 ksps Idle tones and improved THD.
