MIC39300/01/02 3A, Low Voltage Low Dropout Regulator Features General Description 3.0A Minimum Guaranteed Output Current The MIC39300, MIC39301, and MIC39302 are 3.0A low-dropout linear voltage regulators that provide a low 550 mV Maximum Dropout Voltage over voltage, high-current output with a minimum of external Temperature components.
