MIC5205 150mA Low-Noise LDO Regulator General Description Features The MIC5205 is an efficient linear voltage regulator with Ultra-low-noise output ultra low-noise output, very low dropout voltage (typically High output voltage accuracy 17mV at light loads and 165mV at 150mA), and very low Guaranteed 150mA output ground current (600A at 100mA output). The MIC5205 Low quiescent current offers better than 1% initial accuracy.
