Stable with ceramic output capacitor Ideal for battery operated applications, the MIC5323 300mA guaranteed output current features 2% accuracy, extremely low dropout voltage Low output noise 20Vrms (120mV 300mA), and low ground current at light load High PSRR, up to 80dB 1kHz (typically 90A). When disabled, the MIC5323 typically Less than 30s turn-on time with C = 0.1F BYP consumes less than 1A.
