MIC841/2 Comparator with 1.25% Reference and Adjustable Hysteresis Features General Description 1.5V to 5.5V Operating Range The MIC841 and MIC842 are micro-power, precision-voltage comparators with an on-chip voltage 1.5 A Typical Supply Current reference. 1.25% Voltage Threshold Accuracy Both devices are intended for voltage monitoring 10 nA Maximum Input Leakage Current Over applications. External resistors are used to set the Temperature voltage monitor threshold. When the threshold is 10 s Propagation Delay crossed, the outputs switch polarity. Externally Adjustable Hysteresis (MIC841) The MIC842 incorporates a voltage reference and Internal 20 mV Hysteresis (MIC842) comparator with fixed internal hysteresis two external Output Options: resistors are used to set the switching threshold - Push-Pull, Active-High voltage.
