The MICRF505YML-TR is an ultra low-power transceiver IC integrated circuit manufactured by Microchip. It is designed for use in short-range radios and digital communications applications. The device employs proprietary Adaptive Clock recovery technique, which significantly improves its performance in operation against data rates up to 416 kbps. It offers approximately +20 dBm output power, low power consumption and small size. The MICRF505YML-TR operates in the 315, 433, 868, and 915 MHz frequency bands and supports FSK, GFSK, MSK, and OOK modulation. It features selectable output power levels, programmable data rate, and low-ripple voltage regulator. The device is housed in a 3 x 3 mm, Pb-free, 16-pin QFN package.
