The PIC18LF2520-I/SO is a 8-bit microcontroller from Microchip. It is a specifc member of the PIC18 LF (Low power, high performance) microcontroller family, which features in-circuit serial programming and a range of peripheral features. It features a 3.3V operating voltage, 21 up to 26MHz processor speed, 256 bytes of EEPROM, 2 32x8bit general purpose registers and 8K of Flash memory. It also includes internal oscillator, four 16-bit Timer/Counters, 2 Capture/Compare/PWM modules, two modules of 12-bit A/D Converters, a Master Synchronous Serial Port, an Enhanced USART, and a Low-Power Wake-up on Pin Change mode. The parts are available in an 8-pin PDIP, 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin MSOP, 8-pin DFN and 8-pin UDFN package.
