The PIC32MX130F256B-V/SP is a low-cost, flash-based, 32-bit microcontroller from Microchip Technology Inc. It is based on the MIPS32 M4K CPU core, which operates at 40 MHz, and is offered in an 8, 10, or 20-pin package. The device features 256K bytes of Flash program memory, 16K bytes of SRAM and 2048 bytes of EEPROM. It also has analog, core independent peripherals (CIPs) including real-time clock/calendar, 11 channels of 10-bit analog-to-digital converter, internal voltage regulator, hardware-based encryption and security system, 10/100 Ethernet controller, one I2C, two SPI and one UART.
